General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the lokbd platform (https://lokbd.lat) and all services associated with it. "We", "lokbd", or "Platform" refers to the lokbd online gaming service. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

By accessing or using this platform you are automatically and fully accepting these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

3.3 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. lokbd is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing your password. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

We may carry out identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) before processing a withdrawal. A photo of your national identity card or passport may be requested. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC is not completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Transaction Rejection

lokbd reserves the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal if security verification is required or if policy-violating activity is suspected. The amount of a rejected deposit will be returned to the sender's account.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

lokbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, it must be activated at the time of the first deposit after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x).
• Withdrawals can only be made after wagering 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered.
• If wagering is not completed, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn as real money.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• A welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• Transferring bonus funds to another user is prohibited.
• The claim deadline for each bonus will be stated on that offer's detail page.
• If the terms of any bonus are breached, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

• Registering with fake or another person's identity documents.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the gaming system.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behaviour.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.

If such activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately, funds will be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by lokbd

lokbd may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms.
• On suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• If KYC documents are not provided in a timely manner.
• If the account has been inactive for a long period.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account at will. Any pending withdrawals must be settled before closure. Contact support to close your account.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. The balance of an inactive account will be retained, but identity verification may be required to reactivate it.
